As a Software Project Manager with 5 years of experience, I alchemize stress into solutions through process implementation. I coordinate communication across multiple teams who deliver products on time, on (or under) budget.

I enjoy learning about AI in my spare time. I am currently learning the basics of Python and Swift.

I received a promotion after 1 year at branding brand. I was highly efficient as a PM, as measured by my 91% KPI. This role was project management based, with an emphasis on client retention and growth. I truly feel like I grew up in this role, and am thankful for all of the talented people I was able to work with at BB.

I Lead cross-functional teams of UX/UI designers, engineers, quality analysts, and product owners, provided delivery support. I presented technical concepts, limitations, and risks to both technical and non-technical
stakeholders. All of my implementation projects launched on time.

I coordinated project schedules to ensure successful launch dates. I guided clients through the process of customizing their platform membership WordPress sites that I setup and maintained. I authored multiple support desk articles and tutorials. I liaised between clients and the development team as needed to ensure on time, on budget delivery, occasionally developing code.

I was responsible for Designing, developing, launching, and maintaining multiple websites as well as managing multiple social media accounts. I was a liaison between our clients, content writer, and graphic artist. I proof-read and edited multiple blogs. I set up e-commerce and integrated PayPal for WordPress sites.
Additionally, I optimized client websites for SEO.
