I’m adept at gathering and documenting requirements using various elicitation techniques, translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, and delivering clear status reports to executives. My skills encompass budget management, risk mitigation, and the implementation of hybrid (agile and waterfall) project methodologies.
Website Development and Management
I ensure high-quality, secure software solutions, manage client website deployments, and provide comprehensive client support, including training, demonstrations, and issue resolution, even utilizing code when necessary. Additionally, I manage digital presence through social media and analytics optimization, ensuring successful project launches and client satisfaction.
My Background…
I began my career in the world of hospital laboratories, as a board certified Medical Laboratory Scientist. I keep my boards current, but followed my passion into the ever changing world of software. I now have the ability to both live and work. I balance my need to unplug by teaching keelboat sailing in my spare time. I am an ASA certified instructor.
